Senior Business Development & Franchise Specialist | Fixed-term Contract

11 bit studios S.A. is involved in game development and publishing, focusing on creating and expanding intellectual properties (IP) related to video games.

• Over 5 years of experience working with partners in the game development industry, including contract negotiation, relationship building, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of current trends in the video game industry

Nice to have:

• Experience working with IPs (licenses, merchandise)
• Experience in the broader entertainment industry
• Experience managing technical aspects of projects (porting, certification)

• Coordinate projects related to derivative works such as board games, comics, and TV/film adaptations
• Collaborate with distribution platforms including Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo
• Handle business aspects of game publishing on new platforms like mobile, VR, new generation consoles, and physical editions
• Cooperate with hardware manufacturers such as AMD, Logitech, and Apple
• Work with crowdfunding platforms
• Execute and seek collaboration opportunities with other studios and brands
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

Position is a fixed-term contract (replacement) for 2 years with the possibility of extension after this period.
