Senior Unity Developer (f/m/d)

• Excellent knowledge of Unity 3D and C#
• Minimum 3 years of professional game development experience
• Good communication skills and team player attitude
• Knowledge of optimization techniques and experience with profiling tools
• Understanding of common architectural patterns and good coding practices
• Basic understanding of data structures
• Very good command of English and Polish for everyday communication

Nice to have:

• Hobby projects in game development to showcase
• Experience in mobile games performance optimization
• Experience in native mobile development for Android and iOS
• Experience with client-server architecture development
• Understanding of flight physics or simulation mechanics (experience with flight simulators is a strong plus)

• Cooperate closely with teams and the product manager
• Implement new game features
• Improve technical pipelines
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks
• Ensure high standards and good coding practices
