The company specializes in employee benefits and payment solutions, including meal cards and vouchers, employee mobility solutions, and incentive and benefits programs. The project is a large Salesforce project.

• Fluency in Italian.
• Functional analysis in Italian.
• Knowledge of SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management.
• Requirements documentation.
• Stakeholder workshops.
• Knowledge about the Salesforce Platform.

• Authors the standalone Functional Analysis — an artefact required on this stream and not on the others.
• Documents the 16 interactions functionally, the mandate lifecycle, the UTA and X Italia distinction, and the Treasury manual step.
• Confirms the perimeter against the empty annex sec.1.1.
• Defines the sanity test cases.

Position based in Italy; 100% remote work model; B2B contract up to 32.5 €/h net + VAT.
