Principal Product Manager

airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Its portfolio includes products such as SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms serving over one million customers worldwide. The company operates across three continents with main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, and the Philippines.

• 5+ years in product management with at least two years owning a self-serve SaaS product or a significant part of one.
• Proven track record of measurable business outcomes such as conversion, activation, retention, and ARPU.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Comfortable defining metrics, using BI tools, reading or writing SQL, and forming/testing hypotheses.
• Skilled in direct customer discovery and translating insights into actionable problem statements.
• Experience with product-led growth and high-volume self-serve funnels.
• Experience shipping AI features into real user workflows.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure.
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost personal productivity.

Nice to have:

• Domain experience in documents, workflow automation, e-signature, fintech, HR tech, or legal tech.
• Experience with SMB or prosumer customer segments.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 to C1 or above).
• Polish language skills (B1 to B2) is a plus but not required.

• Own a product track end to end: strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery and outcome.
• Run evidence-led discovery including customer interviews, support insight, behavioral data, and competitive analysis.
• Prioritize work against business impact and make investment cases.
• Collaborate with a designer and engineering manager to deliver features incrementally.
• Define hypotheses and success metrics, run A/B tests, and stop work that does not perform.
• Define and monitor KPIs for the product track and report progress and learnings.
• Work cross-functionally across marketing, support, data, and other products at airSlate.
