Technical QA Analyst / Senior Technical QA Analyst

Rebel Wolves is a new game studio founded by industry veterans, creating and managing games independently. They are currently working on an AAA dark fantasy RPG titled The Blood of Dawnwalker, set in a new universe. The studio is located in Warsaw, Poland, with options for remote work.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA.
• Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine and custom tools.
• Understanding of game performance and stability factors.
• Scripting/programming experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and a strong drive to improve skills and processes.
• Proactive approach to game development with a holistic view of the game.
• Excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Good self-motivation and self-management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience debugging issues using various tools.
• Experience in an in-house QA team.

• Testing internally developed tools and the game made with them.
• Providing feedback regarding tools usability.
• Analyzing found issues to identify their direct cause.
• Monitoring performance on all platforms and profiling issues.
• Tracking stability and investigating crashes.
• Helping developers solve issues that could prevent optimal game development.
