180heartbeats + Jung von Matt is an independent creative agency based by the Vistula River. They plan, create, and refine communications for local and international brands, focusing on innovation.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and expertise in GenAI, prompt engineering, prototyping, UI design, UX design, and Cursor tool
• Ability to rapidly transform loose ideas into functional, clickable products
• Comfortable working within an ecosystem of tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and v0, combining "Vibe Coding" with UX/UI sensibilities
• Strong ability to polish and finalize designs independently

Nice to have:

• Experience with Figma

Languages:

• Proficiency in English

• Rapid prototyping of micro-applications and interfaces using GenAI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and v0 to deliver clickable MVPs in as little as 48 hours
• Translating loose ideas from teams and clients into working products with refined look and logic
• Working with incomplete data and specifications to quickly produce clickable mockups aligned with brand colors and user paths
• Generating missing graphics and content using AI to make prototypes appear as finished products
• Delivering both large, multi-month projects and fast, two-week "shots" across web, mobile, and beyond online
• Hybrid work: 2 days per week in Warsaw office, 3 days flexible/remote
