• Solid background in Python, including experience connecting to databases.
• Real experience in testing and knowledge of automated tests.
• Familiarity with UML/BPMN and experience collaborating with analysts on process diagrams.
• Practical experience using language models (LLM/AI).
• Knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience scheduling tasks using Airflow.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL), proficiency in all three not required.
• Completed higher education.
• Ability to work independently and think analytically while following the architect's direction.
• Understanding of regulatory and security issues.

Nice to have:

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Pydantic AI (openness to develop these skills valued as much as experience).
• Experience in the banking sector or other regulated industries (insurance, finance, telecom, medicine, manufacturing processes).
• Creativity in problem-solving approaches.

• Develop and maintain solutions in Python, including database integration.
• Work on test automation and collaborate with the team of automation testers.
• Build and develop tools based on language models (LLM) in an Open WebUI environment on-premise, with plans to connect to more advanced group models.
• Collaborate with analysts on process documentation (UML/BPMN) and translate it into technical solutions.
• Maintain and develop CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and manage environments in Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Schedule tasks and processes using Airflow.
• Direct interaction with end users (testers) and work under the guidance of the architect according to team vision.
• Participate in the execution of 7 planned initiatives.
