Senior QA Engineer

CO3 sp. z o.o. is building a new engineering team to take technical ownership of a live logistics platform integrated into their ecosystem, focusing on system modernization and unification.

• Senior-level quality mindset focused on preventing issues upstream, not just finding bugs.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Playwright and Karate for API, UI, and E2E tests.
• Comfortable testing distributed systems, SQL databases, Kafka queues, REST APIs, ETL pipelines, and file exchanges.
• Experience with functional, performance, and security testing.
• Interest or experience in using AI assistants for script writing, edge-case test generation, and coverage analysis.
• Pragmatic engineering approach balancing automation framework investment with development velocity.

Bonus points:

• Experience with system migrations, data parity verification, or platform unification.
• Penetration testing or security auditing experience.
• BDD experience with Cucumber / Gherkin.
• Experience in transport, logistics, or telematics domains.

• Deeply understand existing platform behaviors, edge cases, and data flows to prevent regressions during maintenance and unification.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for API, UI, and E2E testing using frameworks like Playwright and Karate.
• Test diverse integration flows including REST API, Kafka streams, ETL batches, and file-based data processing to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
• Perform performance and security testing to verify system resilience under high data volumes.
• Integrate AI tooling into test generation, maintenance, and edge-case analysis in QA workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and developers prior to deployment to ensure testability and architectural quality (shift-left testing).
