Junior Software Engineer (Integrations)

CO3 sp. z o.o. is launching a new engineering team to take technical ownership of an active, production-grade logistics platform focused on integration pipelines and data flows.

• Solid coding fundamentals in at least one modern language, preferably Java.
• Investigative and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable with production maintenance and live bug-fixing.
• Curious about APIs, ETLs, batch processing, file protocols, and data flows across distributed networks.
• Clear and transparent communication skills.

Bonus points:

• Basic familiarity with SQL, log monitoring tools, Kafka, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Experience in IT support, application maintenance, or customer-facing technical support.
• Side projects or academic work involving data parsing, APIs, or data pipelines.

• Monitor live integration feeds and investigate data flow failures.
• Debug broken connections and resolve production support tickets.
• Write bug fixes, refactor legacy integrations, and build new endpoints or automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, Webhooks, ETL pipelines, batch/file transfers (CSV, XML, JSON), and event streams (Kafka).
• Document failure modes, write diagnostic scripts, and refine internal developer tools.
• Utilize AI tools (Cursor, Claude, MCPs) for troubleshooting and code navigation.
