Senior Software Engineer (Integrations)

CO3 is building a logistics platform that integrates heavy fleets, logistics providers, and telematics systems into a unified real-time data stream. The company is creating a new team to take technical ownership of this live production platform and modernize its integration pipeline within the logistics ecosystem.

• Mastery of various integration styles such as REST, webhooks, custom APIs, ETL pipelines, batch processing, and large data volume handling.
• Strong experience in Java and Spring framework.
• Comfortable with TypeScript, Node.js, and C# (legacy platform modules).
• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Experience applying AI tooling in the development workflow.
• Pragmatic and open-minded approach to legacy code and complex third-party APIs focused on data integrity and uptime.

Nice to have:

• Experience in transport, logistics, or telematics domains.
• Exposure to cloud platforms AWS or GCP.
• Prior experience building internal developer tools, SDKs, or integration frameworks.

• Deconstruct and maintain existing integration pipelines and telematics feeds to ensure stability, reliability, and performance.
• Work across diverse integration styles including REST, streaming with Kafka, webhooks, batch, message queues, and vendor protocols while maintaining high data quality.
• Build reusable frameworks and internal developer tooling to scale to thousands of integration feeds with minimal operational overhead.
• Design for scale and resilience, including handling high throughput, back-pressure, retries, and data integrity across distributed streams.
• Modernize and unify legacy integration flows into CO3's event-driven platform architecture.
• Utilize AI tooling to navigate complex codebases, streamline refactoring, and increase development velocity.
