AI Engineer (Fullstack)

CodiLime is a software and network engineering company operating since 2011 with 250+ employees. They serve top global networking hardware providers, software providers, and telecoms across various industries and geographies including US, Japan, Israel, and Europe. The team works on a large-scale, multi-tenant B2B commercial execution platform combining cloud software, capability benchmarking, and advanced analytics to support enterprise go-to-market teams.

• 6+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development
• Strong experience in either frontend (React, TypeScript) or backend (Python (FastAPI), Node.js) development
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production, including prompt design, tool/function calling, and handling non-deterministic output
• Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, preferably PostgreSQL
• Experience with APIs, authentication, authorization technologies like OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC
• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS application security
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to evaluate AI features and monitor quality, latency, cost, and reliability
• Product mindset and ownership
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (minimum C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience with LLM evaluation and observability tools like LangSmith, Langfuse, Arize Phoenix, OpenTelemetry
• Knowledge of prompt optimization and evaluation techniques
• Understanding of agentic workflows, multi-step orchestration, guardrails, human-in-the-loop patterns
• Experience with RAG and vector search (e.g. pgvector, Pinecone)
• Knowledge of LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse
• Experience with Temporal, Socket.IO/WebSockets, Redis, and pub/sub

• Develop features across the full stack with expertise in React/TypeScript UI or Python (FastAPI)/Node.js backend services
• Work with Product Managers and Designers to implement product requirements and designs into production-ready software
• Own features end-to-end from implementation through release and iteration
• Build and integrate generative AI features connecting LLMs with enterprise data, APIs, and internal tools, including prompt design, tool calling, workflow orchestration, context management, guardrails, and human review
• Evaluate AI workflows and monitor quality, latency, cost, and failure rates
• Use AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Codex and validate generated output
• Participate in code reviews and improve engineering practices
• Document data flows, API contracts, and AI workflow behavior clearly
• Write and optimize SQL queries against PostgreSQL and contribute to schema design
• Apply security-first thinking including tenant isolation, role-based access control, and least-privilege data access across UI, API, and AI workflows
