Tech Lead

CO3 is building a logistics platform integrated into their ecosystem. They are setting up a new team to take full technical ownership and modernization of a live platform with complex telematics integrations.

• Strong expertise in Java and comfortable working with TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Willingness to work with C#.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with AI usage in software engineering.
• Product mindset with experience in product companies or fast-scaling startups preferred.
• Open-mindedness to new domains, stacks, and constraints.
• Ability to independently take initiative from idea to production.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of transport and logistics domain.
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and moving from monolithic to modular/event-driven services.
• Operations mindset treating infrastructure as part of the product.
• Experience with React, Angular, and C#.

• Deeply analyze and master the existing live platform, understanding data flows and external logistics integrations.
• Maintain, modernize, and unify the active platform into CO3's core platform.
• Take hands-on ownership of multiple logistics ecosystem integrations and complex domain logic.
• Define engineering craftsmanship, system patterns, automated testing culture, and architectural standards.
• Mentor Senior and Junior engineers and build a high-performing autonomous team.
• Leverage AI tooling to navigate codebases, streamline refactoring, and increase team velocity.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to keep it performant, secure, cost-optimized, and resilient.
