Coordinating RMA processes with teams and suppliers.
Planning device placement in racks and supporting capacity planning processes.
Supervising work performed by external companies and subcontractors.
Maintaining and updating technical documentation and infrastructure maintenance management systems.
Preparing notifications for planned service works and maintenance windows.
Implementing changes in Data Center and critical IT infrastructure in compliance with Change Management procedures.
