Jira Administrator

Moondigo Sp. z o.o. works on projects for a large international client in the fintech / banking sector, developing and maintaining technology solutions for the financial industry in an international environment.

• Hands-on experience with Jira
• Good understanding of workflows, custom fields, permissions, and automation
• Knowledge of JQL
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues
• Understand user needs and propose solutions beyond requested configurations
• Comfortable working with development, QA, and business teams
• English proficiency allowing confident work in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Confluence
• Experience with Jira Service Management
• Familiarity with REST API and integrations
• Experience with tools or plugins extending Atlassian capabilities
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud or Data Center
• Basic scripting skills or experience with advanced automations

• Administer and develop the Jira environment
• Configure projects, workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notifications
• Create and improve automations
• Support users and teams in their day-to-day work with Jira
• Analyse requests and resolve issues related to platform configuration
• Gather team requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Develop dashboards, filters, and reporting
• Support Jira integrations with other tools
• Maintain a clean, secure, and consistent Jira configuration
• Collaborate with international technical and business teams
