Data Analyst

The position is with Connectis_ supporting a major Central-Eastern European insurance company. The project focuses on claims and benefits data, involving a data and reporting environment transformation handling millions of customers daily.

• Good knowledge of SQL enabling independent analysis of production data.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis related to data, data warehouses, or BI.
• Practical skills in preparing analytical documentation and requirements specifications.
• Analytical thinking and business process modeling abilities.
• Documented experience working with large data volumes.
• Experience in creating test scenarios and cases.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAS.

• Analyze business requirements and model business processes in insurance claims and benefits domain.
• Develop functional specifications and project documentation for data and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical support during design and implementation phases in collaboration with development teams.
• Independently select appropriate analytical methods and tools for various project phases.
• Analyze large data volumes and prepare test scenarios, cases, and outcomes.
• Participate in data environment and reporting transformation projects.
