Senior Projektleiter Construction / Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

emagine Polska is focused on infrastructure projects, specializing in managing large construction projects such as the 380-kV grid expansion.

• Successfully completed university or technical college studies in engineering disciplines such as civil engineering, environmental engineering, traffic engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in managing large construction sites.
• Knowledge in overhead line and infrastructure construction sites is desirable.
• Confident handling of common MS Office products and desirable SAP knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; experience in leading project teams is desirable.
• Very good verbal and written proficiency in German (C1).
• Driving license class B and high willingness to travel.

• Coordination of all construction trades for new overhead line construction including partial underground cabling from pre-planning through execution, commissioning, and handover within a 380-kV grid expansion subproject.
• Preparation of tender documents, accompaniment of construction contract awards, and execution of acceptance within a subproject.
• Overall responsibility for costs, schedules, quality, and work safety within the subproject.
• Reporting to the overall project manager and construction project manager.
• Participation in controlling and maintaining execution and project phase plans as well as conducting risk and opportunity assessments.
• Active contribution to maintaining a safe working environment for oneself, colleagues, and external contractors.
