Agile Coach

emagine Polska is hiring an Agile Coach for a full-time assignment based in their Stockholm office. The role supports the Mobility Tribe which follows a Digital Operating Model based on Enterprise agility.

• Experience coaching both teams and leadership groups.
• Experience from large-scale agile organizations.
• Strong understanding of modern software development and product development practices.
• Experience working in environments with distributed ownership across multiple teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent facilitation skills, especially for meetings and workshops involving multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel between offices in Nordic countries.
• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
• Fluency in Swedish (working language for the assignment).
• Experience with modern engineering practices, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled software development is a strong advantage.

Squad level:

• Develop and coach Scrum Masters.
• Strengthen ownership, delivery capability, and continuous improvement within squads.
• Improve flow from idea to production.
• Support teams in breaking down larger initiatives into smaller, value-delivering increments.
• Improve collaboration and coordination between squads.

Tribe level:

• Act as a partner to the Tribe Leadership team.
• Identify improvement opportunities proactively and help drive change initiatives.
• Improve management of dependencies across squads.
• Support the continued evolution of the Needs Funnel process.
• Help improve prioritization, refinement, and execution of larger initiatives.
• Support focus on what creates the greatest value.
• Strengthen ability to deliver value more frequently through smaller increments.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration across tribes through the common operating model.

The working languages are Swedish and English. Fluency in Swedish is required as the team primarily operates in Swedish. The role is based in the Stockholm office with hybrid work arrangements discussed but preference for at least three days per week onsite. Occasional travel to Nordic offices may be required and agreed with the hiring manager.
