Data Mapping Lead

emagine Polska is recruiting for RBC to support the Pathway programme's migration into the Avaloq platform in the banking sector, specifically focusing on data mapping and system compatibility analysis.

• Experience in ownership of source-to-target mapping
• Strong understanding of data models across Banking, Credit, Insurance, and corporate business lines
• Ability to create data models and mapping documentation
• Experience leading meetings with stakeholders for formal agreement
• Proficient in Atlassian JIRA and Atlassian Confluence usage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to migration defects

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Avaloq platform
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SQL
• Understanding of object modelling and design documentation
• Background in testing and environment management

• Own source-to-target mapping and system compatibility analysis beyond field-level mapping
• Create Conceptual, Logical, and Physical data models and associated mapping documentation
• Define the ETL build sprint plan
• Lead mapping meetings with business stakeholders to drive agreement and formal sign-off
• Collaborate with Test Manager and Migration sub-workstreams to identify root causes of migration defects
• Use Atlassian JIRA and Atlassian Confluence for tracking and documentation

The position is non-managerial with an engagement start date ASAP. Focus will be on Banking and Corporate Insurance business. The day rate is £985. Work authorization and legal data processing information provided.
