Application Support Engineer / Engineerka

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux system administration, infrastructure, or production environment maintenance
• Very good knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and practical experience with Linux environments
• Good understanding of networking and dependencies between infrastructure, network, and applications
• Experience with critical applications running 24/7 with high availability and SLA requirements
• Understanding of FO/DR architecture and multi-site environments ensuring system continuity
• Experience working with application/infrastructure bastions, change execution, and incident handling in production
• Ability to work with runbooks, operational procedures, and technical documentation executing them independently
• Experience working in environments prioritizing stability, continuity, and high SLA; experience in banking or financial sector is a plus

• Administration and maintenance of critical Linux (RHEL) environments operating 24/7
• Working with high-availability infrastructure and meeting SLA requirements
• Maintaining and supporting production applications
• Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams
• Participating in change implementation, incident handling, and emergency operations
• Managing multi-site environments and FO/DR architecture
