Senior System Analyst (K/M)

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a system analyst.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Analytical thinking to organize complex problems into clear solutions.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for supporting analytical work, documentation creation, and identifying dependencies and risks in IT solutions.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders from users to IT teams.
• Attention to quality and details in IT project documentation.
• Use of UML/BPMN and other modeling tools in designing solutions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum projects and knowledge of Enterprise Architect is a plus.

• Analyze business needs and identify requirements for IT systems.
• Collaborate with business teams, analysts, and developers in designing solutions.
• Create and maintain analytical documentation and requirements specifications.
• Support project teams in understanding processes and system logic.
• Participate in development and implementation of new technological solutions.
