Mid UE5 Developer

Garage Monkeys S.A. is an independent team that developed the game Car Dealer Simulator and plans further support and development of the project. The team is looking for a Mid Unreal Engine (5) Developer experienced in gameplay systems and vehicle physics.

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of C++
• Good understanding of Blueprints system
• Good knowledge of Chaos Vehicle System
• Ability to design and implement advanced gameplay systems from scratch
• Up-to-date knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
• Completed and released project in portfolio
• Knowledge of the English language

• Program games in Unreal Engine 5, creating and developing mechanics and systems
• Collaborate with the producer, designers, and lead programmer
• Communicate planned development work with team members
• Create and maintain documentation for developed systems
• Monitor and optimize game performance
• Perform debugging and bug fixing

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SVN version control system
• Familiarity with Steam API (Achievements, Cards, Cloud Saving, etc.)
• Understanding of the gaming market and current trends
• Experience in shader creation
• Knowledge of Multiplayer
• Experience in product optimization
• Familiarity with Insights profiling
