• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1) for client support.
• Fluent Polish language skills (minimum C1) for client support.
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B1) needed during training and team communication.
• Good knowledge of technical IT issues.
• Ability to listen and comprehend, communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Willingness to work shifts between 7:00 and 22:30.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT Service Desk or customer service.

• Responding to internal inquiries from Tchibo store and headquarters employees.
• Identifying and resolving IT problems.
• Analyzing situations for anomalies.
• Reporting other technical problems related to hardware and software.
