Delivery Manager

Angry Nerds is a software house with 11 years on the market, approximately 120 employees, and over 600 completed projects. They operate in mobile and web applications development.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Delivery Manager or related positions such as Project Manager or Key Account Manager
• Experience in software development and management
• Experience managing people
• Experience cooperating with international clients
• English language proficiency at C1 level (knowledge of another language is a plus)
• Daily use of tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Ability to manage tasks, time, and teams
• Customer-oriented business approach and ability to build friendly relationships
• High communication skills and personal culture
• Independence, good organization, and ability to work remotely
• High proactivity and initiative

Nice to have:

• Certification such as PMI or Scrum Master or other project management certificates

• Coordinate activities between clients, teams, and Project Managers
• Manage projects in fixed price and time & material models
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients from Europe, USA, and Canada
• Maintain project profitability
• Expand cooperation with clients through up-selling and cross-selling
• Support Project Managers in resolving difficult situations
• Create and improve communication channels between clients and teams
• Manage risk and communication processes
• Oversee employee development, career paths, evaluations, operational support, and team satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments including management, sales, finance, and HR
