Dynamics Consultant for Germany (freelance)

PwC IT Services sp. z o.o. is recruiting for a freelance Dynamics Consultant role to support clients primarily in Germany and Switzerland, focusing on digital transformation enabled by advanced technology.

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in consulting and business analysis.
• Experience in business process modelling and requirements gathering, or
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or Dynamics 365 CE, or
• Programming skills in any programming language.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.
• Experience facilitating workshops and client meetings.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment.
• Interest in digital transformation and process automation.

• Build solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead client workshops, system demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with clients across projects in Germany and Switzerland.
• Support business development activities by providing technology and functional expertise.
