Workday Accounting Center Consultant (Freelance)

PwC IT Services sp. z o.o. helps clients define their transformation journey enabled by the latest technology. The role involves working on diverse projects with opportunities to engage in international projects and occasional business trips.

• Strong expertise in Accounting Center design, configuration, and best practices.
• Availability to support the project on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Prism datasets supporting Accounting Center (highly preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).

• Lead Workday Accounting Center implementations and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design, configure, and optimize Accounting Center solutions in line with business requirements and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand accounting and reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on Accounting Center architecture, configuration, and process improvements.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support the integration and reconciliation of financial data within Workday Accounting Center.
• Leverage Workday Prism Analytics datasets to support Accounting Center reporting and data management requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Workday implementation standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Support client-facing discussions and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives.
