Senior SAP Basis Consultant

Convista Poland is engaged in a long-term SAP transformation project planned until 2030 involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud technologies including Azure and AWS. The role involves working in an international, interdisciplinary team.

• Several years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, preferably in consulting environments
• Very good knowledge of SAP HANA
• Knowledge of at least one additional database: Oracle, MSSQL, SAP ASE, or MaxDB
• Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix systems
• Experience in cloud environments: SAP Private Cloud and Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Experience in SAP migration, upgrade, or transformation projects
• Self-reliant with analytical skills and ability to take responsibility for own area
• Very good command of German (C1+) and English (C1+)
• Willingness to travel for business approximately 70%
• Openness to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring

• Provide consultancy and design solutions in the SAP Basis area
• Design SAP on-premise and cloud environment architecture
• Execute technical projects including Life Cycle Management and integration with internal and external systems
• Plan and implement SAP upgrades, S/4HANA conversions, system migrations, and Unicode conversions
• Collaborate with development, functional, integration, and architecture teams
• Offer technical advice and work directly with clients
• Provide substantive support and mentoring to less experienced team members
