BI Power Platform Developer

Our Client operates in the banking industry and is developing the Integrated Risk Management Application (IRMA), a tool for managing non-financial risks across the bank. The goal of IRMA is to streamline and optimise non-financial risk management throughout the company’s three lines of defence, making risk management intuitive and easy to engage in.

• Expert knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Power family (Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate)
• Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, including data clean up and table relations
• Expert knowledge and experience with MS SQL and DAX
• Experience with ETL of structured and non-structured data, data models, and data optimization
• Previous experience in risk, compliance, and audit areas is an advantage
• Experience with agile methodology
• Experience in data handling and data visualization
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

• Join the Integrated Risk Management Application (IRMA) team to support non-financial risk management across the bank
• Develop and optimize data models and visualizations using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Clean, relate, and connect data tables using Microsoft Excel
• Handle ETL for structured and non-structured data
• Support risk management processes by ensuring tools are intuitive and enhance business value
• Work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week at the office in Gdansk/Gdynia/Warsaw

Hybrid work is required with at least 3 days per week in the office located in Gdansk, Gdynia, or Warsaw.
