Infor M3 Business Analyst Order to Cash

Galderma is the emerging pure-play dermatology category leader present in approximately 90 countries, offering a portfolio across Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology. The role is based in Krakow, Poland, within the company's new IT hub at Unity Tower.

• Bachelor’s degree in management IT and Accounting
• Five or more years of professional experience with Infor M3 across multiple functions and business processes with a focus on Pricing, Rebates, Discount, and Commercial policies
• Experience with ERP systems and planning software
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and derive functional specifications
• Project management and coordination skills
• General understanding of IT infrastructure and applications
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing)

• Analyse business processes, requirements, data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, working closely with Domain and Service Owners
• Define project scope through scoping documents and contribute to business case development and resource planning
• Lead early business and functional design activities including solution workshops and effort assessments
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions aligned with customer objectives and IT strategy
• Support the design, implementation, and integration of new solutions, including replacing local systems with global platforms
• Coordinate User Requirements Specifications (URS), solution testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Act as the primary IT contact for external consultants, participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
• Ensure solutions comply with GxP and regulatory requirements
