IAM Governance Specialist / IAM Process Specialist

Makeitright Sp. z o.o. is hiring for a project in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support organizational IAM process management, access control, and compliance with security standards.

• Approximately 3 years of experience in IAM / Identity Governance / Access Management
• Practical knowledge of access and permission management processes
• Experience in Access Certification / Access Review
• Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD)
• Experience with processes, controls, or compliance
• Ability to prepare documentation and reports
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
• Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to quality
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams
• Independence, initiative, and commitment

Nice to have:

• Experience in corporate or international environments
• Knowledge of IGA/IAM tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, or Omada
• Experience in IT Security / IT Compliance / Internal Controls
• Knowledge of audit processes related to system access

• Manage, implement, monitor, and audit IAM processes within the organization
• Lead and monitor the access certification process
• Execute and monitor access reconciliation processes
• Supervise documentation of Authorization Concept
• Develop and implement IAM process control mechanisms
• Execute and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) processes
• Monitor queues and perform tasks according to established SLA levels
• Prepare and update documentation and instructions
• Collaborate with teams involved in IAM processes and central IAM (HQ) team
• Monitor adherence to IAM standards through controls and reviews
• Support initiatives to increase awareness of IAM processes within the organization
• Ensure implementation of HQ IAM requirements in local companies
• Prepare reports related to IT Compliance and Internal Control System
• Responsible for certification, reconciliation, and SoD processes
