CTO (GenAI)

KODA develops proprietary AI platforms delivering GenAI solutions for major companies in Poland including TVN, Żabki, Biedronki, and Santander Consumer Bank.

• Strong commercial experience building production solutions using LLM technology
• Deep understanding of capabilities and limitations of various AI models to select appropriate ones
• Practical experience with RAG, context engineering, tool/function calling, and evaluating LLM solutions
• Ability to analyze model quality, speed, and costs to make informed decisions
• Solid software engineering background
• System-level architectural decision making including long-term impact analysis
• Translate business problems into technical solutions clearly communicating possibilities and limitations
• Comfortable with code exploration and PoC or implementation for hypothesis verification
• Autonomous and comfortable handling novel problems without ready-made solutions

Nice to have:

• Experience in Voice AI including voicebots, STT/TTS, streaming, real-time processing, or latency optimization

• Design architecture best suited for specific use cases
• Investigate and optimize voicebot latency issues
• Compare and evaluate AI models effectively
• Decide when to adjust prompts, apply RAG, or redesign architecture
• Lead implementation of chosen AI solutions
• Prototype and compare different approaches before deployment
• Oversee quality implementation via code reviews
• Collaborate closely with technical Product Owner on platform development and experiments
