Junior Demand Planner

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a demand planning role, ideally within FMCG or international supply chain environments.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end planning processes, including demand, supply, and distribution.
• Comfortable working with planning tools such as SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, or SAS.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SQL or data warehouses is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset with passion for continuous improvement.

• Build and refine demand forecasts using historical sales data, seasonality, trends, pricing signals, and external market factors.
• Produce forecasts across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons to support business planning.
• Lead cross-functional consensus sessions with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams to align on commercial assumptions.
• Track forecast accuracy, identify biases, and perform root-cause analysis on deviations.
• Resolve short- and mid-term availability issues quickly and collaboratively.
• Work closely with regional teams and suppliers to drive long-term service improvements.
• Turn data into actionable insights that help the business stay ahead.
