Senior OTC Delivery Lead

The role is part of a global SAP transformation initiative in the Retail / E-commerce industry, focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementation and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

• 8–10+ years of experience with SAP, with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Proven track record in global SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA
• Experience as a Delivery Lead, Stream Lead, or similar role in large transformation programs
• Strong understanding of integrations including Finance, Logistics, and eCommerce
• Solid stakeholder management experience at a senior level
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience in international project environments
• Familiarity with financial and supply chain processes
• Cross-cultural communication abilities

• Own and lead the OTC workstream within the SAP S/4HANA implementation
• Drive global design and standardization of OTC processes such as Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, and Collections
• Ensure alignment among business stakeholders, IT, and external implementation partners
• Lead end-to-end delivery from blueprint/design to go-live and hypercare
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Support change management and drive adoption across regions
• Coordinate dependencies with other workstreams like Finance and Supply Chain
