SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects
• Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management
• Experience with testing activities and defect management
• Exposure to data migration, data validation, or data quality activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Workforce Time Management (WFT), Employee Central (EC), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
• Experience with data migration tools and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with integration and reporting concepts
• Experience working in Agile project environments

• Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and WorkForce Time Management
• Participate in configuration support activities throughout all project phases
• Conduct testing activities and manage defects to ensure solution quality
• Perform data migration, data validation, and data quality activities
• Support post-go-live activities and issue resolution
• Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Analyze HR business processes and employee lifecycle management requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
• Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet project goals
