• Demonstrable experience in Backend development with fluency in Java
• Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other Engineering/Science disciplines
• Quick learner with ambitious and results-driven personality
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Track record of building complex products used by millions in hypergrowth startups

• Focus on greenfield development and improvement of existing systems
• Build REST APIs and engineer microservices
• Evolve systems critical to business such as card payments, treasury management, transactions booking, and crypto liquidity
• Use Java 25 predominantly on the backend
• Utilize Spring Boot for quick and quality delivery
• Adopt pragmatic development practices focusing on clean code, maintainability, and rapid turnaround using TDD, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery
