IT Business‐Systems Analyst

COMARCH is recruiting for IT Business-Systems Analysts to work on strategic Order Management deployment projects for international clients. The role is based in Poland with hybrid work across Kraków, Wrocław, and Poznań offices.

• Higher education (preferably in computer science, telecommunications, or a technical field)
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN for process and system modeling
• Commercial experience as an analyst in IT system creation or implementation
• Ability to collect, analyze, and transform requirements into developer tasks, assertive in scope verification
• Very good English language skills, both spoken and written, for daily client communication
• Self-discipline, good personal work organization, and creative problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Basic programming knowledge in Java / Groovy
• Awareness of market specifications like TM Forum / TMF641, TMF652, or experience in Service & Resource Order Management
• Knowledge of software engineering methodologies and IT system development lifecycle

• Analyze client requirements and define use cases and service models based on allocated resources
• Consult and optimize business processes and service/resource delivery in agreement with international clients
• Organize requirements, prioritize tasks, and define assignments for developers and process configurators
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation and meeting notes
• Conduct acceptance testing based on defined use cases and tests
• Collaborate closely with international clients and project teams including designers, developers, and testers
