Senior AI Platform Engineer

IT Factory is a dynamic IT solutions development, implementation, and support company working for a major Polish insurance and financial sector client.

• Minimum 5 years of experience administrating and developing cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Minimum 2 years of experience with AI/ML or GenAI deployments
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Proficient with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
• Practical experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure API Management
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Docker
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Azure Application Insights
• Experience building, maintaining, and monitoring AI/ML platforms
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, access, and secrets
• Ability to work in an Agile and DevOps culture
• Senior or Expert level, with higher education in IT or related field
• Communicative English in speech and writing
• Willingness to work hybrid (at least 1 day per week in Warsaw office)
• Service provision restricted to territory of Poland

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Familiarity with Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure Cosmos DB
• Awareness of FinOps, AI Governance, DORA, AI Act
• Microsoft Azure or Kubernetes certifications

• Developing and maintaining the AI Platform in the Microsoft Azure environment
• Building and evolving services based on Azure AI Foundry
• Automating infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Developing CI/CD processes and deployment automation
• Maintaining and developing Kubernetes (AKS) environments
• Implementing monitoring, observability, and diagnostics mechanisms
• Integrating AI services using Azure API Management
• Supporting deployments of GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions
• Collaborating with architecture, cloud, security, and governance teams

Service provision must be from the territory of Poland.
