Senior Solution Architect

The role at Transition Technologies MS operates at the intersection of People & Culture business needs, enterprise architecture standards, and technical execution. It provides overall architectural governance across core HR, payroll, time, rewards, and employee experience platforms including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and global/regional payroll & time engines such as ADP and Ramco.

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect designing enterprise-scale HR and Workforce solutions.
• Hands-on architecture and integration experience with Workday (HCM, Core Data, Security).
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating global and regional Payroll & Time engines such as ADP, Ramco, and Euhreka.
• Strong understanding of data protection frameworks including GDPR and local labor laws.
• Hands-on experience authoring System Risk Assessments (SRAs) and other technical security assessments.
• Proven ability with API management, event-driven architecture, identity management, and FAIR data principles.
• Outstanding communication skills to bridge business requirements with technical execution across global teams.

• Design resilient, scalable solution architectures for Workforce products including Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Total Rewards, Time & Absence, and External Workforce.
• Architect secure integrations across global core platforms and regional/local payroll/time systems (e.g., ADP, Ramco, Euhreka).
• Lead technical evaluation and authoring of compliance documentation, including System Risk Assessments (SRAs) and data privacy assessments (GDPR).
• Create and maintain conceptual and logical data models, integration taxonomies, system interaction diagrams, and enterprise ontologies for People & Culture data.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) across sub-domains such as Payroll, Time, Benefits.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies like ServiceNow NowAssist and AI automation while managing technical debt.
• Define and maintain Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), security baselines, system reliability, and fitness functions throughout product lifecycle.
• Ensure architectural compliance with global regulatory standards and readiness for data privacy and security audits.
• Develop and maintain the multi-year technology landscape roadmap for Workforce products.
• Translate complex technical and risk concepts for leadership, IT teams, and external partners.
