Wymagania
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a system analyst
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
- Comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology
- Analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems into clear solutions
- Use of AI tools to support analytical work, documentation creation, and identification of dependencies and risks in IT projects
- Effective communication with stakeholders ranging from users to IT teams
- Attention to detail and quality in documentation relevant to IT projects
- Proficiency in UML/BPMN and other modeling tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum projects and knowledge of Enterprise Architect is a plus
