Senior Full Stack Engineer - Core UX (Europe)

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with serverless technologies, including Lambda and EC2.
• Comfortable with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, generative AI, and distributed systems.
• Hustle, grit, and ownership mindset.
• Proactive communication skills.
• Comfortable working in cloud environments and asynchronous workflows.

• Refine existing product functionality to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Ensure consistency across the product with cohesive look and feel.
• Implement performance improvements impacting end users.
• Collaborate with full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers to build scalable backend solutions.
• Take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Communicate proactively to surface blockers and keep stakeholders informed.
• Experiment rapidly by testing ideas, measuring results, and iterating on novel problems.
