Corporate Business Information Architect (m / f)

Medicover is hiring an experienced Business Information Architect for a strategic Financial Dimensions program. This role integrates Business, Finance, and IT to build a unified information model and standardize reporting across the Group. The position involves collaboration with financial, controlling, and technology experts to create a consistent business terminology for planning, reporting, and organizational management.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data architecture, business information, or enterprise data modeling.
• Practical knowledge of conceptual and logical model design for reporting and analytical solutions.
• Experience in transformational programs involving finance, reporting, or data management.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, controlling, and FP&A processes.
• Ability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience in creating data management standards, business glossaries, metric catalogs, or reference models.
• Ability to bridge business and analytical perspectives with strategic organizational needs.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+/C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, AX2012, IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics, Cognos, or Databricks.
• Experience designing data warehouse models and semantic models.
• Experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), or Enterprise Architecture.
• Knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and group reporting processes.
• Certifications in corporate architecture, data management, or business analysis.

• Design and develop a unified information model for financial, operational, and management areas.
• Define and maintain business dimensions, hierarchies, metrics, and relationships among data.
• Analyze reporting requirements at group and local levels and translate them into architectural solutions.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to agree on reporting standards and data definitions.
• Develop data catalogs, business glossaries, and documentation of information models.
• Support harmonization of reporting and management processes across countries and business units.
• Ensure consistency of data model implementation across ERP systems, planning platforms, and BI solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, Data Engineers, and external vendors to implement target solutions.
