DevOps Monitoring Engineer

Devire IT Outsourcing is a self-employment collaboration model providing IT projects for leading clients. The client operates in the banking industry.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash
  • Grafana
  • OpenTelemetry (OTel)
  • Python
  • Continuous Delivery practices
  • Configuration management and containerisation tools such as Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Solid technical background in infrastructure services including PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) essential for international environment.

• Contribute to the design and delivery of the cross-functional monitoring project, including:
  • Infrastructure monitoring
  • Application monitoring
  • End-to-end process/chain monitoring
• Help improve the maturity of application monitoring practices.
• Define a framework for a repeatable and scalable monitoring model.
• Support the team in technical activities and implement CI/CD practices.
• Lead DevOps initiatives and innovation topics for applications.
• Increase team autonomy and expertise regarding development practices.
• Promote and advocate DevOps culture within teams.
• Maintain awareness of technological trends and innovations.
