Enterprise Transformation Advisor (AI & Digital) [170-225 PLN/h net +VAT B2B]

Deviniti is a company with a Consulting / Business Advisory business line focused on digital transformation for market leaders, especially in Poland, working with large enterprise organizations in financial, banking, and energy sectors. The role is within a team of Digital Transformation experts, led by Tomasz Stankiewicz.

• At least 10 years of experience working in an enterprise environment or advising enterprise organizations
• Experience leading business and digital transformations in financial, banking, or energy sectors
• Technical knowledge of ML, GenAI, cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP), software development processes (SDLC/PDLC), and IT risk management
• Ability to lead workshops with C-level executives and translate business challenges into projects and ROI calculations
• Understanding of safe AI adoption principles (Responsible AI, compliance) and data protection in corporate environments
• Awareness of AI technology market distinguishing scalable solutions from marketing hype
• Ability to build consensus across complex organizational structures and guide clients in hands-on model from analysis through implementation

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of AI solutions
• Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
• Experience developing effective business cases

Strategy and Diagnosis:

• Conduct organizational process audits for Enterprise clients
• Create transformation roadmaps and business cases justifying investment
• Diagnose business challenges across financial, banking, and energy sectors

Implementation and Adoption:

• Coordinate implementations with technology expert teams
• Ensure that recommended solutions are effectively adopted and used
• Build a culture of change and educate client teams

C-level Partnership:

• Provide advisory support to executive teams, including Chief Transformation Officers, CFOs, CEOs, and other senior leaders
• Build credibility as a Trusted Advisor
• Deliver measurable business outcomes

The recruitment process consists of 5 stages: CV screening, phone interview, online interview, on-site interview at Wrocław office, and final decision approximately 2 weeks after interview. The role requires frequent travel to client sites.
