Wymagania

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager with at least one significant AI or data-driven product deployment.
  • Solid understanding of AI, data pipelines, and modern development methodologies and technologies.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services, private equity, or healthcare is a plus.

Obowiązki

  • Collaborate on defining the product vision and roadmap for AI initiatives in alignment with firm priorities.
  • Translate and challenge business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value and effective adoption across business lines.
  • Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog with business and development teams.
  • Maintain delivery cadence and proactively escalate risks.
  • Act as primary contact for business stakeholders, managing expectations and driving adoption.
  • Support business teams in understanding AI capabilities and defining high ROI use cases.
  • Lead change management efforts to integrate AI tools into workflows.
  • Manage and develop support materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Evaluate new AI solutions and vendors; provide recommendations to ISD leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to responsible AI principles throughout product development and usage.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track product performance and adoption.
  • Contribute to AI governance frameworks, documentation standards, and senior stakeholder reporting.
