Experienced 3D Artist

PixelAnt Games is a co-development, porting, and full-production studio based in Wrocław, Poland. The studio works on partner games including Gears of War: Reloaded, Mortal Kombat 1, Forza Motorsport, and The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and is developing its own original IP using Unreal Engine.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist, preferably in AA+ or AAA studios.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D modeling, texturing, material work, and real-time asset production knowledge.
• Experience with industry-standard tools and game engines, including Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
• Good communication skills with a cooperative and positive attitude.
• Communicative level of English and Polish required.

• Create high-quality 3D assets in areas such as props, environments, or weapons.
• Translate concept art, references, and creative direction into production-ready 3D models meeting artistic, technical, and gameplay standards.
• Build clean, efficient geometry, UVs, textures, and materials optimized for real-time rendering and target platforms.
• Collaborate with Art Lead, Lead Designer, Tech Lead, Level Designers, Animators, QA, and Project Management to ensure accurate asset implementation.
• Maintain organized and updated work throughout production for clear communication on asset status, quality, and delivery progress.
