Project Manager - Atlassian Migration program

The role is for a Project Manager position at emagine Polska, focused on a client project within the Banking & Finance sector. The assignment involves leading a strategic, enterprise-wide migration of the Atlassian platform from on-premise to Atlassian Cloud. The location is Stockholm with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

• 7-10 years of project/program management experience in complex organizations • Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects • Experience managing SaaS transformation initiatives or cloud migrations • Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and executive-level communications • Experience managing projects with significant regulatory, risk, and security considerations • Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Agile • Atlassian platform knowledge (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) • Certifications like PMP/ PRINCE2 • SAFe • Experience in banking or financial services • Cloud migration program experience • Data residency and compliance knowledge

• Lead the end-to-end migration program from Atlassian Data Center/Server to Atlassian Cloud • Define and manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies while coordinating cross-functional teams • Establish governance structures, provide regular status reporting to senior management, and manage stakeholder engagement • Ensure migration activities adhere to enterprise architecture, security, risk, and regulatory requirements • Oversee testing, cutover planning, adoption, and transition to operational support
