Wymagania
- Master's degree in IT or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Platform.
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
- Good command of English at B2 level.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Availability for full-time employment.
- Readiness to travel depending on the project.
- Ability to work in the European Union.
Nice to have:
- Software development best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Vlocity, Mulesoft.
- Salesforce Platform Developer or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with Omnistudio.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
- Teamwork skills and experience.
- Understanding of design patterns.
- Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS, or Spring.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Additional languages like Swedish, German, or French.

- Implement and customize Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
- Configure, integrate, and customize Salesforce software for client needs.
- Participate in R&D to create, design, and implement state-of-the-art solutions.
- Work directly with clients as a member of an agile project team.
- Create guided flows using Omnistudio and Flows.
