Analityk Hurtowni Danych (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is located in Warsaw and operates in the data domain.

• Good knowledge of SQL enabling independent data analysis.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or system analysis in data warehousing or BI.
• Ability to work with large data volumes.
• Experience in preparing analytical documentation and requirements specifications.
• Experience in preparing test scenarios and cases.
• Analytical thinking skills and business process modeling.
• Ability to cooperate directly with business users.
• Providing services from the territory of Poland.
• Providing services partially from the office in Warsaw (20%).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly claims processing, benefits, or policy systems.
• Knowledge of SAS (Enterprise Guide, 4GL, macros).
• Experience in data warehouse projects, data migration, or data architecture redesign.

• Analysis of business requirements and business processes.
• Preparing analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborating with business users to define requirements for data and reporting solutions.
• Analyzing large volumes of data for projects and tests.
• Preparing test scenarios, cases, and results.
• Cooperating with development teams during the design and implementation of solutions.
• Participating in development and transformation projects related to data environment and reporting.

Services must be provided from the territory of Poland and partially from the office in Warsaw (20%).
