• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with ML/AI projects in production environments
• Experience in IT solution design including knowledge of design patterns
• Very good knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts with experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow and building own models
• Experience with AWS Cloud, including SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, EKS
• Experience with system integration: APIs, REST, Web Services, Swagger UI, FastAPI
• Knowledge of databases
• Knowledge of Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of integration tools
• Practical knowledge of English language (oral and written communication), level B2/C1
• Experience with tools: Git, SonarQube, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in projects conducted with Agile methodology
• Experience in insurance sector projects is an advantage
• Engagement and proactivity
• Ability to work in a team

• Design, implement, and develop AI and machine learning functionalities to support business processes in insurance systems
• Build and integrate AI/ML models with existing applications
• Develop microservices architecture
• Deploy solutions in AWS cloud environment
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
