Project Manager

• Minimum 12 years of commercial experience including senior roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, or Program Manager.
• Experience managing very large and complex technological projects or programs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technology, business, and/or infrastructure teams.
• Experience leading large Software Development / Software Engineering projects.
• Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): requirements, planning, development, testing, integration, deployment/release, and maintenance.
• Experience collaborating with teams in Software Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, QA, Data/AI, and Product/Business.
• Experience in projects involving integration of multiple systems, applications, and platforms.
• Experience with large data environments such as Data Platforms, Data Warehouse, Data Fabric, Data Lake, and integration of databases or diverse data sources.
• Experience in projects related to AI / ML / Data / Analytics, with conceptual understanding of such initiatives.
• Experience in projects involving digitalization and technological transformation.
• Ability to manage many dependencies among teams, systems, components, and vendors.
• Practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Capability to lead projects in a hybrid model where different program parts may use different methodologies.
• Experience building and maintaining project governance, roadmap, schedules, responsibility structures, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior management level.
• Experience working in international and distributed environments.
• Ability to step into projects that are not fully organized, identify problems and dependencies, and build appropriate management approaches.
• Very good command of the English language.

• Manage program execution for the development and integration of an energy and industrial infrastructure monitoring platform.
• Coordinate work across multiple technological and business teams and manage dependencies between project streams.
• Plan, monitor, and report on work progress, budget, schedule, and project risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, technical leaders, and system owners.
• Oversee projects in Software Development, Data & AI, Data Platforms, Systems Integration, and Industrial IoT.
• Identify and remove obstacles impacting program execution and support decision-making processes.
• Implement effective project management practices in a complex transformational environment.
