Senior Manager AI Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or Applied AI.
• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• AI expertise combined with commercial experience in pricing, sales, marketing, and customer experience.
• Experience leading technical projects and owning technical solutions.
• Strong in Python, including API development and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM-based solutions (RAG, tool calling, agentic workflows) with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with production practices including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability, and operational support.
• Knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Consulting background or understanding of professional services delivery models.
• Experience with Azure ecosystem (AI Foundry, Container Apps, Functions).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1+).

• Lead complex AI transformation programs from strategy through enterprise deployment, ensuring successful delivery and commercial outcomes.
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee design and implementation of enterprise AI architectures aligning with business objectives and engineering standards.
• Guide delivery of modern AI solutions, including Agentic AI, LLM applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and cloud-native AI platforms.
• Translate business processes into AI-enabled operating models and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
• Ensure engineering excellence by promoting best practices in software engineering, MLOps, Responsible AI, governance, observability, and operational support.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on AI strategy, governance, and enterprise AI adoption.
• Mentor team members and foster continuous learning across the AI Engineering team.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, shaping AI proposals, and expanding client relationships.

Position is remote from Poland or hybrid form Warsaw.
